The two things with the word Behringer on them

To add to this chain
A tubescreamer between the guitar and amp

An audio interface, Check out the Mackie Onyx series, the Line 6 ones or the M-Audio Fast-Track-Ultra

You Do Not Need a mixer.

Even with all the budget Behringer stuff, rarely is the source not the missing link. I discuss this is huge detail in Killer Home Recording. If you are 100% mega blown away by your Marshall (and you may be) than you could upgrade your pres, maybe try out a ribbon like the Cascade Fathead II, etc.

You kinda forgot the important part of this chain. What kind of guitar are you using?
That Marshall is a solid state but I'm sure it has the capabilities to get kinda dirty, but you're not going to get it with a Fender Tele-squire with super slinky's. Make sure your strings are thick, the guitar is worthy of tone, and move the SM57 around the cone of the speaker till you like what you hear in the mix.

Also, Audio Geek had a good idea on the Tubescreamer. I love that pedal.

Other than that, your mic is good, mixer/interface is good enough to get the audio to your computer for the cheapest price. And the software is free, it is what it is.

Start with the source

Ya, I was going to say the the input, too. Consider what kind of dynamics you are looking for.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! That being said, if your intention is to upgrade, I'd say throw that Behringer stuff in the scrap pile and get yourself a better interface and a large diaphragm condenser mic. And I agree about the source.

I assume you are using a guitar with a humbucker in the bridge position and its
a decent pickup.
If you are getting the right sound for you out of the amp/cab then that's half the battle.
An SM57 is a safe bet. I usually use a condensor but I'm looking for detail not metalcore.
If you go the condensor mike route AT2020/AT2035 or Rode NT1A are viable options.

What will make a big difference to the recorded sound is the room you are recording in.
Hopefully its not too echoey. If it is put acoustic foam or material around/behind the mike
to lose those reflections. Checkout Brandon's guitar cab 'fort'.

To get a bigger sound you can multitrack the guitar - eg record it several times and
mix the results together. Using panning and chorus/reverb you can make the same
much bigger.

I'd suggest recording with what you got plus the couple of tips so far, just some
riffing to a drum beat. Stick it up hear and people will be sure to tell you if they like it.
