The tascam and M-audio are both analog to digital interfaces, you don't need both. And since you admit to being brand new to this world, the Alan & Heath mixer is advanced and more expensive for your level.

Get the Tascam, an XLR to XLR mic cable, a few really cheap microphones, and start messing around with Cubase and the free software it comes with. Get familiar with DAW recording (digital audio workstation).

The 1010lt is a pci based interface and the others are usb. The devices cannot be ran simutaneously for recording and would not help you add tracks.
Takes String7th's great advice and start simple.
