Good Budget Podcast Mic

Going to be doing some YouTube videos and need a decent mic with a pop filter on a small stand. I was looking at USB Condenser Mics but after reading some things on here I want a second opinion.

I just need a good sound that drowns out some background noise and you can hear my voice clearly from about 1ft away from the mic.

This is what I was looking at but read some things about low recoding volume. Is this a common problem or what? Would this be the best bang for the $. I am willing to tweak the settings if that is all it takes to get a good sound out of it.

A little over $100 is my budget. I would like to get a stand and a pop filter for it.

I also have a ASUS Xonar Essence STX if it would be better to hook a mic up to that instead of a USB one.

I was also considering getting a used Samson C01U then a shockmount and pop filter from amazon then I saw the mic on eBay that also comes with the stand.

I virtually know nothing about Microphones.

Behringer has a deserved reputation for making somewhat competent products that frequently break. Go with the Samson.

Thanks, don't know how I missed it but found the same package with the Samson for only $14 more.

For Podcast, these USB mics are great. I heard a Blue USB mic that really impressed me.....somewhere. They are strange looking, but very competent.
