    Echo AudioFire8 Description
    With the Echo AudioFire8 FireWire Audio Interface, 8 analog and 2 digital audio channels are combined in a heavy-duty aluminum 1U rackmountable case for 10 channels of 24-bit/96kHz recording and playback. The Echo AudioFire8 has 2 auto-sense XLR-1/4" combo inputs with Hi-Z switching plus preamps, phantom power, channel inserts, and trim knobs so you can just plug in and record. Other I/O includes 6 TRS ins, 8 TRS outs, headphone jack, 2 FireWire ports, S/PDIF I/O, MIDI I/O, and word clock.

    Echo includes software mixing console and Tracktion audio production software with the AudioFire8. Tracktion is professional recording and MIDI production software with a clean, intuitive, and clutter-free interface and features like drag-and-drop editing, sampler, VST plug-in support, track freezing, and more.

    seems like echo has been losing market share for awhile...

    Hey overlord website commander guy...I was wundrin, why would you go for a presonus firepod over the echo audiofire or say the m-audio profire2626 ??


    I am having a nIgHTmarisshhh time tryin deciddee on an interafce ahahahaehehehaaha
