Best External HD

Hey guys and gals. I am looking to purchase a new external hard drive and wondered what the best way to go would be if I were to keep my sounds and whatnot on there for a fast transfer rate. I believe I got this old one before they switched to Firewire 800. I am running Logic Studio on my Power G4. Thanks.
