After seeing overall positive reviews of the UCA202 elsewhere on the web, I decided to try out this little gizmo, to replace recording on my internal Realtek AC97 soundcard. After spending a few frustrating minutes trying to figure out the best way to use this with my Behringer 802 Xenyx mixer, I finally got it configured & dialed in correctly and did a couple of demo recordings of multi-tracking of guitars, drums & bass. I was not disappointed! I can definitely tell a difference in the sound quality of this over my internal soundcard...I did some recording over the weekend, played it back a little later in the day and went, "whoa! Did I do that?!"So, I'm pretty happy with this little dealie - for only 30 bucks, it does a dang fine job. Glad I didn't listen to the arrogant guy at Sam Ash who pretty much bad-mouthed this unit and tried to sell me a $150.00 Lexicon. This little Behringer does the trick just fine.
