Thank you Electriclight, then I've got a ?. I tried to record on the first two channels and I am not hearing anything. Is there a way for me to check sounds levels with just headphones and no monitors? For some reason there in no sound? The demo works
just fine? lol

Hi.
I note that you said you had recorded something: therefore you would have seen the level meters rising and falling as you recorded. I simply mention this because, if you did not get meter levels, there may not actually be any data on the tracks.
Assuming there is data: you should be simply able to check the recording through headphones by
1. plugging 'phones into the socket at the back
2. turning up the 'phones level at the top right of the unit
3. turning up the track faders
4. turning up the master fader
oh, and press the RTZ button to go back to the start of the recording.

I assume, being new to the thing, that you haven't muted any tracks or done anything on a deeper level.

Sorry if this is simplistic or patronising, but the first few attempts at new gear can be frustrating.

Chris

I appreciate the help, thanks. The problem was so easy and I have been able to record now. I still have a lot to learn about the functions.
