Default Using Addictive Drums

I have no idea how to start with Addictive Drums, not even how to load it. I thought it was an AU plugin but it's not there. Please keep in mind that this is probably the 3rd time I ever use Logic.

Anyone know how? It's already checked in the AU Manager.

EDIT: Apparently I had to update to the new version of Addictive Drums. It works now, I guess. I just need to learn how to use it. :P

I love AD. It is the easiest, quickest way to get good sounding drums into a mix. I have EZD and Superior and I can't say that they sound any better, plus if you want to bring the drums in as a stereo track instead of a MultiOutput you still have alot of control like inserts in the plugin. I am still learning it but so far I find it is really fast to put down some beats and create a song with fills and a bridge, and chorus plus you can always make changes in piano roll, or shorten things that need to be 2 bars instead of 4 etc. I am sure that there are alot of people that hate it, but the ease of use makes me keep going back to it.

Were there no instructions included with Addictive Drums?

Actually there is a set of instructions that come in .pdf file and they seem to be pretty good. I have found that going to the XLN site and checking out their tutorials and checking the YouTube tutorials have worked better for me. I am not a real go getter when it comes to reading the manuals, which I am learning that I really need to get over since Logic Studio 8 has a great set of manuals and so far I have found all the answers to my questions.
