Default Macbook///Logic Studio

hello all, im completely fresh to the music recording universe and im looking to get myself into a clean start. Im looking to record material I've written and from my band as well, however, i dont know where to start or what to purchase! I heard some great imput about the Logic studio from apple. but im still feeling doubtful on such a purchase.

Well dude, before we can recommend anything for you, we need to know what you need.

What kind of music? What are you plans/goals for this thing? How many tracks will you be recording at the same time?

I highly recommend reading the Starting A Home Studio guide in the Member's Only section and I also highly recommend checking out my Home Recording Soundcard Wizard.

Brandon
