Default logic express 8 nube

Hey all, I'm brand spanking new on the board here so, hey!! I got my imac for christmas last year and have been having fun with Garageband. Santa brought me LE8, and it's quite a bit more complicated (obviously). Now, I've never really been one for book learnin', and being as how that seems to be all that comes with the program, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend an instructional dvd. Now that I've typed all that, I'll look through the old posts. Thanks in advance,
Tim

Yes. Go to macprovideo and download their logic tutorial. Well worth the cash. Most of it will translate to logic express.

I myself am new to digital recording and have been using Logic Express 8 since November, and have been muddling through. I bought a macprovideo and it was pretty good but I am doing less sampling and looping and more live recording. I found that youtube has some real informative videos, there I learned how to auto punch in and out, there is a website called audiotuts.com that has lots of mini tutorials. I learned how to rewire reason to logic there. Just hit the google search and be specific in what you want to learn. Logic has so much potential that I know I will never be able to learn it all but I am beginning to be able to do what I need. Good Luck.
