Where/how can I get the LAME encoder?

I understand that in order to export audio files out of Audacity as MP3s, I need to first convert them using the LAME encoder. Is there a good place to get this?

I tried one, and for some reason it didn't work. I figured while I search for others, I'd ask if maybe someone here knows a good place to get it.

I recommend you take lame_enc.dll and put it in a safe corner of your hard drive, every time you reinstall audacity it's gonna bug you for it. I've gone on the internet hunting for that file too many times!

Reinstall Audacity?

What, you mean when you upgrade to a newer version?

Well, maybe when updating to a new version.. thing is, I reinstall my operating system more often than most people so I like to keep everything handy.
