Default trimming time off of all tracks

I want to take about 14 seconds of white noise off of the beginning of one of my songs (I had to click Record on my computer, then run across the basement to the drum set :P). However, I have several other tracks that start later on in the song, and the don't even have 14 seconds of time that I can trim off of them without actually getting rid of music. Is there a way I can just set the start time of my track to 14 seconds into the song?

Maybe what you want to do is to select the 14 seconds and then Generate>Silence. That way the length of the track does not change and will stay aligned with the other tracks.

You might be better to higlight the "noise" on each track, go to Edit< Silence (of Ctl L)
Generating silence will insert a section of "silence" to your track thus pushing everything to the right of the cursor further to the right.

You can also use this technique (highlight & Ctr L) to silence sections within the song (eg vocal tracks when there is no singing)
