I'm not getting correct recording. Using a tascam us-144 interface with AT-3035 condensor mic audacity preferences are set to : Recording: MME: Line In Tascam us-144 Channels: 2 (stereo) when I playback the recording i can only hear the recording out of one speaker when I record the input level meter only shows on the "L" top meter same when playback, only the "L" top meter how do I fix it so that I get stereo recording/playback and hear it in both speakers? thanks |

Use a mono track to record in Audacity. You will get stereo playback. To record in stereo would require two microphones. You should also select the ASIO drivers that came with the tascam, the latency will be much lower than the MME drivers. |
