 How Many Tracks at Once?
Hi All, my first post here, I am aiming to start using Audacity to record our bands stuff, I would like to know how many tracks I can record at the same time prior to mixiing, I am hoping for 6 maybe 7. Very gratefull for any help, I am using a laptop with 2 gig ram if that helps and a Firewire connection Brian  |

The latest version of Audacity supports up to 16 simultaneous recording channels. Of course it also depends on your hardware.
