Hello everyone. I have been struggling all day to get this to work. I've downloaded the VST enabler zip and the GSnap zip into the Audacity plugin folder. I am supposed to be able to see it now in the Audacity Effects menu, but nothing new has appeared. Anyone know why? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes I unzipped it. Now I have managed to get it to appear in the Effects Menu, but I don't get the screen I am supposed to. It shows a veritcal list of variables Min and Max Freq, Gate, Speed, etc and then Note 01, 02 etc all with sliders. There's no Help tab and no explanation of what these functions do.
However the main problem is that there appears to be 3 boxes to click on at the bottom of the drop-down, but they are 90% not visible so I don't know what they are, or what they will do if I click on them. I used the default settings and clicked each of the boxes in turn, but I'm not certain there was any improvement in the pitch of the track with any of them. Any more info would be appreciated. Thanks. |

First, there is a Help File in the GSnap folder. Second, messing around with it proved to me that it does do smething. Third, messing around with it proved that it's not intuitive - you really need to study the manual. Good Luck |

Thanks for the reply Electric Light. I don't have a Help file in my GSnap folder. I think I will remove the download and then download it again. Maybe that will help. Thanks for your help.
