 Can't get tracks to play
I have had audacity for about 4 years. This is the first time i have encountered a problem playing my tracks. When i click the play button, the song won't engage. It (the track line?) just pulsates at the beginning of the track without moving. I would aprreciate assistance on this problem.

My first step would be uninstall audacity, and reinstall it. Also i dont know which version you are using, but if your using the beta version, id suggest get the older version. The beta version has been around for awhile now, i dont think they ever will completely finish it.

I cannot comment on Audacity but I know that Acid does something similair when the audio setup is incorrect.
