Is Audacity compatible with Mbox 2 Mini?

I was using Pro Tools 7.3 LE which came with my Mbox 2 Mini, but as of lately PT has been giving me a shit load of trouble. Too much to explain, but to be brief I basically would have to buy a external hard drive to continue using PT. I've used Audacity a few years back when my equipment consisted of a $20 sony mic and speakers. I've been searching on google and had no luck, so I just wanted to know by any chance is Audacity compatible on the Mbox 2 Mini interface?

My guess is that is will work with Audacity. Download the latest ASIO drivers from digitech. I base my opinion on a little note from their answer base where they suggest using Audacity to fix mismatched sample rates.

Ye it will,i use a m box no probs just change the driver settings in device options and away you go.

It may work with audacity software. Try it with audacity

Hmmmm...I can't get my MBox 2 as an option in the "Recording Device" drop-down. I can play back through my MBox no prob, but not record. Ideas anyone..?

with pro tools have u been deleting your audio after each take?
e.g when u select and delete your audio it does not delete it from your hard drive
