Default What? No A Designs P1?!
I've been recording for 30 years, mostly voiceover but instruments too. I use a Lawson L47MP II tube mic and am getting an A Designs P1 (500 format) pre tomorrow after much reading on many forums and mag reviews. This is the 500 format iteration of their quite famous Pacifica 2-channel pre.

Can't wait.
