Question help me decipher these images

I've always thought I understood how to read the attached analyses until recently when I realised that merely thinking I understood them is not good enough. I want to make sure I understand them properly.
Could someone please 'interpret' these for me so that I can compare notes and see if I understand them correctly.

I never/rarely use analysis tools. Partly because I don't know how to read them, and I haven't needed to yet.
The first place I'd look to learn how to read it would be in the manual for the plugin.

The screenshots come from Adobe Audition which has the worst excuse for a manual ever! It only really tells me what it is as opposed to how to read it.

Have a look at the Bias Peak manual. The explanations are not too obtuse.

BIAS Downloads: Documentation
It's the Masters Perfection Suite manual.

I wish Bias Peak was cross platform, I'd love to try it out as a more "modern" alternative to Wavelab.
