dull lifeless mixes on myspace

Hey, Ive just lierally joined this forum because I wanted to know more about music on myspace and yeah i know that they convert mp3s to 96k but I guess what I wanna know is what is the absolute best way to encode into an MP3, and what is the best way to not make your music sound like dull lifeless shit on myspace haha

. For example I've been using wavelab 5 for a while and encode using lame at 44.1 16 bit and 320k. When i listen to my music on our facebook page and listen to the exact same song on myspace it is fucking awful. Absolutely squashed, compressed or converter to a lesser mp3?

Is there away round this like a specific way of mixing for myspace (anyone here done that) or is it speak to myspace.....our darling boy Tom and buy some bandwidth.

Its cool its free but fuck, its sounds shit and facebook sounds amazing in comparison

If you upload to myspace at 44.1 KHz, 16 bit, 192 kbps you should get a pretty accurate playback there.
