It seems to be built well. I don't make a habit of throwing my microphones around, but I have yelled at it from up close with the obligatory high SPL "Perform well, or I WILL throw you across the room" speech, and it is performing well. It is pretty transparent and seems to accurately capture human voice as well as acoustic guitar sounds. To my ear, it does not "color" the sound of what I record in any way that I would call noticeable.

I am not having any problems with this mic.

I would definitely buy another one. This one seems a bit lonely and in need of a companion.
