Default Witch FIREWIRE PCI card Is best to buy For windows???

I need a new PCI card for windows becous my fire wire solo is not worcking and i called M-audio and they told me to buy a new firewire PCI card for a fire wire i would like it to be under $30. here is a link for my computer requirements
Here it is picture by DCstudio10 - Photobucket

Also here is some info i got from M-audio

"You want to get a FireWire card based on Texas Instruments chipset. Check the details on the box to see what the particular card is based on. That one is guaranteed to work with virtually any sound card out there and will run it effortlessly as well as other devices like an external FireWire drive."

"You want to check if you need a PCI or PCI-Express x1 type of card. I’d recommend a PCI-Express card but first check your motherboard if you have a slot available. If not a PCI slot will do just fine."

I do have slot for PCI-express

So if some one is actually going to help me look for one can you be nice enufe to look under these options:
1.Texas Instruments chipset
2.PCI-Express card
