So what problems am I looking at with that processor? | Yea I was going to say dont let anyone ever tell you that you only need (x#) of tracks at once. Go big first that way you dont have a bunch of junk laying around like I do, and then just end up buying what you should have in the first place, to handle what you need. If you are going to build a computer dont get to crazy as it doesnt take alot to run 8 simultanious tracks I am running a pentium 4 with 1gig and it tracks just fine through my firewire'd firestudio, and cubase. I rarely have a problem and when I do it isnt a big deal. Also I use alot of plug-ins too no bogging or latency problems at all
