What can I bin

Hi guys, I am pretty new to all this but I wondered what is safe to delete from vista (I know, Its crap) There seems far too much stupid stuff going on but I am worried in cse i delete something crucial. The pc is also used by my kids, (yeah I know , but we're not all rich), So i need to retain web capability and basic functionality.
Any ideas please

I've a new laptop and just uninstalled 90 percent of the add-on programs. As for Vista "services", you should search for Vista groups. You will have not problem finding them : )
