Superior Drummer 2.0 Installation

This one is for those who have installed this amazing software.

Yes, the software is amazing. But it needs lots of space on your internal drive. Is it possible to install the soundclips on an external drive? (just like logic pro)

It is perfectly possible. I just did it and works great!!

I get an error message: sound bank failed to install. Cubase doesn't see the VSTi either... yet. Suggestions?

Im not sure if this is the case with superior but usually (fat32 formatted) external drives can only handle files of 4BG or less. So if any of the sound bank files for superior are over 4GB they wont install on a external dive.

I installed the files on an internal drive now and it's working! Great!!! I also found out SD2.0 installed the VSTi-files in the wrong place (that is: I gave the wrong path). It's working now and I love this sound! Maybe it's just one kit, but hey: you can tweak your thingies off!!! THanks!

elaborate, do you mean program beats into your daw? what method will you be doing this by? drum map? pads? keyboard?
