Tracks not Synchronized

I record guitar on track 1 and vocals on track 2. When I play them back, they're not synchronized (the vocals are a bit delayed). What gives?

How are you recording the guitars and vocals?

I'm recording them on individual tracks on PC through a CardDeluxe soundcard.

It seems to be a latency issue. Use the ASIO drivers and set it to about 4 - 7 ms.
