How do i record a track of another track? I dont want to record a vocal over a track for example i want to record the track again and all it will let me do is record using the mike input on my m box so all it will record is say a vocal to the track but not record the track itself.I have played with ins and out but still having no joy.PLEASE HELP. |

Make sure that you are in Multi-track view, disable the record button on the already recorded track and enable it on the new track.

If you have a sound card that lets us you configure it to "what you hear" as an "in" source, then you can record an already recorded track to a fresh track. why dont you copy the track instead? arti28 |
