Default Need help with Audition 3 and Compatible Hardware

Hello All,

I am plannig on purchasing Adobe Audition 3.0 and also an Audio interface for the same. I have a PC computer with windows Vista on it.
Till NOw I had been using a PC mic to record in the Adobe audition trial, but have ended up with lots of unwanted noise.

My recording requirement is limited to maximum of 4 tracks at a time (Usually I work with Overdubs as I play all the instruments by myself)

Kindly help me out in selecting an Audio interface where in I can plug in my Microphones and Synthesizer and record using Adobe audition 3.

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks,
Sid

HI Acoustic,

I have used Noise reduction in the adobe audition 3 but have not found it that helpful when reducing noise from some dialogue. I also tried the adaptive noise reduction but again it leaves me with metallic sound and if i reduce the noise floor level it leaves me with the nosie ....

Thanks for you suggestion, can u let me know the link for Chri's Post and your mix as well.

Sid
