Just move the voice track back a little on the timeline. you might have to use the zoom tool. I had that issue and had to fix it using trial and error.

It a latency issue. I've had it happen a few times and have moved it it forward back into place. You just have to change your program's laency settings and hope that your computer can handle the changes.
