I use 1.5 and 3.0

I use 1.5 to lay down tracks I can remove them put in other tracks change any
thing I want all with out saving to my music file when I am ready to master my mix
I use 3.0 I like the simpleness of 1.5 and you cant put the effects of 3.0 on to the 1.5 program so with wave Dx and 3.0 I can get a good master
for no more gear than I got
but If you got a realy killer song that you think could make money
get some one like brandon or some other real good sound guy to lay It down for you
they know what they are doing that is to say you could be a pro and not know It

work the silence__acoustic__

I'll use it to record vocals and master.

I use Reason to do the tracks.

I already have troubles realtime playing with a couple of effects laid on tracks, so 2.0 seems to be the choice for some time..
Nevertheless, I should buywload 3.0 as well (:

I don't understand the constant need to upgrade the Audition software. Adobe keeps releasing a new edition every year.

I use Audition 1.5 and see no reason to upgrade other than to get more bells and whistles.

I learned that when I was using Cool Edit Pro 2.0, and Adobe bought them out and released 1.5, I purchased that and thought "This is still Cool Edit Pro, why did I buy this?"

When I have time, I'll try out the Audition 3 demo, see if it really is an improvement or not.
