When I add Audition into the list of Programs that the DEP should not effect, I still get no results. It still seems after going back through my laptop's system capabilities that the software should work, so I can't figure it out. Any help is appreciated if anyone knows what could be causing this problem. |
Audition 3.0 is not very stable from what I have used. I ran cool edit pro for a few years then steped into audition 2.0 for about 2 years, and a few months ago got 3.0 Let me tell ya 3.0 has a major bug in edit view that causes a freezzzzzzz up from hell. I found alittle help on there forums but as far as 3.0 on Vista you cant pay me to try that one out. If I was you I would try to get my money back, and get Auditon 2.0 I havent used it on Vista but its a god program. Eather one you use 2.0, or 3.0 if you are in the mixer view be easy on your active vst's and plugins. This program loves CPU and will skip lag your brains out. I now use Cubase LE4 for my recording, then mix/edit with aution 2.0 in edit view. It is starting to work alot better for myself that way. You might also try during install to do you program install without any plugins, or other data just the program itself, then after getting it to work do your addons one at a time. There is also a update on the adobe sight for 3.0 you need for Vista. DL it first, then try. Best of luck, wellcome to HELL!!
