wile I can not recall just how I know that you have to go to your sound card and turn off or mute the mic in one or the other record or playback this will keep lets say track 1 from re- recording when you record track 2 ( IT sounds like you are dubing each track you recording ) hope this helps good luck bloody t-----------acoustic

Brandondrury, I appreciate the inquiry. I understand that you like to know more about the whole situation before you give a so to say, diagnosis of the problem. Acoustic, I appreciate also. Thank you for the help. For further reference though, not only should you have said Sound Playback or Sound Recording, but Midi Playback also. You pointed me in the right direction though. When I got there I tried recording with and without the mic being muted on Sound Playback and Recording, but nothing happened. Then I decided to go to Midi Playback and noticed he mic was unmuted, so I muted it and it worked like a charm. Appreciate both of you guys for even replying back to my thread. |
