Definitely needs more of the beat, particularly bass drum, try at least turning it up and possibly adding some low end if necessary. As for vocals, they don't sound like they're "part of" the recording, try turning them down a bit and adding a subtle amount of reverb, and possibly a little compression if there isn't any already. The whole thing could probably use a bit of compression and limiting, I noticed that the rapped part seems a lot louder than when the melodic singing comes in. Sounds pretty good at the moment, though. |
