Bad ass tone man! Clayman and Jester Race are the best! Have you got any advice on how to get a similar tone on a GT10? I play a BC Rich with double humbuckers. Been fiddling around all day and cant get a clear distortion?

I assume that the GT-10 is laid out a lot like the GT-8.

I would start with the 5150 preamp, if it's still available.
The Triamp preamp is also very useable for getting great tones.
Avoid the Recto preamp like the plague; it IS good if you're running it through a tube poweramp, but otherwise meh.

1. Pick a preamp, set all the tone controls/gain control to 12 noon.
2. Go the "speaker" simulation section. I would recommend the 4x12 for a "bigger" sound. Start with the DYN57 mic ON axis.
3. Put the tubescreamer simulation on the distortion section. Tone at 50 Gain very low, to taste, and level at 50.
4. If it sounds muddy to you, you may want to put an eq in the effects chain before the amplifier and HP@80 and LP@11khz. The "fizz" frequencies tend to really blow on digital amp sims.
5. Keep the bass low (I generally end up with it around 9 o'clock). This is the mistake most people make.
6. Tweak to your hearts content. Keep the mids low, but don't scoop 'em to death. The TS sim in front will make a big difference.

Great stuff!!! Thanks a lot, it worked like a charm. Settings are a bit trickier on the GT10 though. My beast sounds like a beast now!
