That's pretty good. The giveout to me is the dragged out power chords where the sound gets a little modelled weirdness seeping in but it is a believable tone. With one track of live guitar it might be an album keeper.

Very nice! What did you use for drums?

Hi Lolgreg,
do you know if there is much difference between the GT6 and GT8? I've had a GT6 for a while, don't use it much because I felt it just degraded the sound I got from the guitar and amp.
Is the 8 significantly better than the GT6?

I like the sound on your clip. Perhaps its my playing.

Great sound. I had my headphones cranked due to listening to another bash tune that had low levels and this one hit me like a ton of bricks.

I have the GT-8 and it packs a mean punch, but it depends on the pickups too. I used to plug in an ovation and the acoustic sounds are awesome. When I play my electric Ibanez Gio it sounds okay on the lighter side, but when I plug in my Iommi Signature SG, it really hits the spot. Sometimes I get some harmonic distortion from the line, not the Boss.

I also have a Roland VG-99 with the GK3 pickup and that's what I have been using more and more. Very little harmonic distortion unless you use a distortion preset

They're very similar. I doubt these any issues. You really have to know how to tweak these things!
