Very cool!
10 years ago, this song would have been on the Ally McBeal soundtrack on their Christmas episodes. You also remind me a lot of the singer who did songs for Toy Story - with a little bit of Barry White mixed in. Your voice could be in great demand for soundtracks and such, ever marketed as such? As always, a master songwriter and very original. ![]() Have a good Christmas. PS. My favorite song of the Christmas Contest. Top-knotch. This song belongs on an album for all to hear, and on the radio.

I immediately like it from the start.
Well done! If it were me, I'd find a way to add a little ambiance in the vocal for this song, but other than that, GREAT!! Brandon

Thanks so much, izz. I hope I may call you izz?
I had fun doing this. I threw it together in just a few hours to get it in the Christmas song contest on time. Did you hear the Mistletoe song I submitted? I really like the sound effects, although my kids think they're stupid. Your comments about my songs make me feel great! Obviously, as a "performer" of sorts, it feels wonderful to know that I have pleased and entertained my audiance. That's the whole point, right? Thanks again! |

sure you can call me izz!where did you get the backgruond track? it had a great funky feel to it! i think if there is anything that you do, it's to entertain for sure! i've listened to all your songs, not a clunker in the bunch. someone else besides myself commented on the distinctly unique quality of your voice. i don't know if your well off financialy or not,but you should maybe submit samples of your voice to some ad agencies.maybe some money in it for you!!! thanks for putting your stuff on this site. a bunch of us really enjoy it,i know i do for sure!

I looped all the music from a little software program I bought, for about $49.00, called Mixcraft 3. It is also a stand alone multi-track stereo recorder. It has lots of sound loops which can be mixed together to make actual songs.
I'm working on a country song, about golfing, from which I looped, with much editing, a pedal steel guitar solo. I primarily use Audacity for recording and editing. I can import stuff from Mixcraft I hope to have it done in the coming weeks. |
