Hi,

I wrote and recorded this about two years ago. It was going to be a cynical put down on the holiday as a merchandising event. I couldn't do it; it wouldn't be written like that.

Well done! Not a bit irreverent. Captures the love and magic of the Christmas spirit. Beautiful music, wonderful voice.

Wow. That was really nice. Great vox. If I had to offer a criticism (since that's what this forum is all about), I'd say that the tremelo electric piano gets a touch distracting. Maybe some careful EQ-ing to get it a bit out of the way would help. Very nice though.

Ah HA! I checked the original mix, and the MP3 of that mix; they don't have any tremolo. Did I upload the wrong one? Don't know. Anyway, no tremolo on this one (not at this moment anyway LOL).

listening again; yes! Too much tremelo. I suspect that the setting for the soft synth was inadvertantly changed. I guess that's an argument for bouncing the synth to an audio track, to lock it in!
