Default Quick pro tools/elastic audio question

Hi all, I've been scouring the net for the answer to what should be a relatively easy question but I'm having no luck!

    Here it is:

When using elastic audio, when 2 warp markers are pushed too close together, the audio between them turns orange. What does this mean?

Really hope someone can answer this!
    Thanks for your time!

I'm pretty sure it means you are clipping the signal there (this may be a red color though), or pushing the audio beyond the normal limits of Elastic Audio. It just means it may sound like crap (artifacts), so the program is telling you to back off and keep within reasonable parameters. Your ears are the ultimate judge of course.

    Thanks for the reply!
The audio doesn't clip and I can't hear any artefacts. Struggling to find a definite answer, would of assumed it would be quite a basic question. Can't even find anything in the manual! Ugh!

    Thanks for the reply mate.
    Anyone else?
