Default mix knob?

On my old mbox 2 i had a knob that allowed me to play back my session while hearing a certain percentage (determined by the knob) of either the mix or, the mix + whatever track was armed. I now have a 003 which doesnt have this knob. Is there a way of hearing the inputs along with what ive already recorded without recording every time?

For example - say i have electric guitar miced up in another room and the mic plugged into input 1, can i play the session and play along hearing the guitar (on input 1) in my headphones/monitor or whatever?
