The guys are right. The pro tools installation and all the drivers come in one disk and there is another disk with the ignition pack containing a few free plugins. Ignore the found new hardware wizard as Bugbrain said. Your authorization codes are all stored on digi's site when you log in, in case you lose them. Again, as Bugbrain said, at some point during the installation it will ask you to plug in the mbox, do so and IGNORE the pop ups as it says at the bottom of the screen.Otherwise windows will try to install the drivers at the same time as the disk and you don't want this. Let it install and see what happens. try plugging the mbox into different USB ports if you have to.
