Default LE 5.3.1 to HD7

I have recorded tracks on my set up which is the Pro tools LE 5.3.1 (PC) and I need to know if They will open in HD7 (MAC).

Can you help?

I don't know what HD7 is, but my experience with Reason, files will open cross-platform.

Any decent software is backward compatible, so that should not be a problem.
