Default Convert AUs to RTAS?

Is it possible to convert Logic Pro plugins (Audio Units) to Pro Tools plugin formats (Rtas)? I once saw a video on youtube with a guy working for pro tools that said it was possible to convert Vsts to Rtas. Is this true? I really like some of the Logic plugins but Pro Tools is more stable with some of the guitar rig and amplitube plugins.

Of course I know! OK, that was fun but a little weird.

You need a little software utility called an AU to RTAS Wrapper by FXpansion. Apparently, it works with most things pretty well. Depending on the plug-in, you may have to to set up some latency compensation within Pro Tools.

My mistake (that was less fun). From the FXpansion site's FAQ:

What about an AU to RTAS wrapper (for using AU plug-ins in Pro Tools
OS X) [top]

Probably not. Virtually every interesting AU plug-in is also available
as VST.
