can I use protool Le7 w/ my soundcard/breakout box??
I'm in the middle of updating my studio.
I see isabelle post a similar thread, but is it true!! Can I really not use this protool w/ my existing soundcard! I have a MAC G4 TOWER AGP, RUNNING OSX 10.4 M-AUDIO.DELTA 66 SOUND CARD/OMNI I/O BREAKOUT BOX My friend lent me the disc's from his - M box2 mini package which comes w/ Pro tools LE 7 software I installed it not realizing how limited it is, and not realizing that it may only work w/ the Mbox mini 2 breakoutbox. anyone know how to make it work? Brion

From what I can see, your soundcard only runs on Pro Tools M-Powered not the LE version. Sniff around the Digidesign website and see if there is a way to make it compatible.

I doubt it'll be easy though. M-Powered is just going to be easier to use.

It never works. I have computer background and I have experimented a lot. It doesn't work.
