antares plug ins

I have a new set of plug ins and they all work execpt my anteres set they are filled under new plug ins but i dont how to open them or use them. HELP!!

Im having the same prob in cubase, tech support emailed me in a day and gave me some things to try, but to no avail. I have another request into antares, I'll see what they say. if it works Ill let you know.
