Default I Want Some Turkey!!!!

Everything about this is crap. I "sing" the first half. I have no business being in front of a vocal mic. That IS NOT what I do.

But in the spirit of Thanksgiving and to illustrate just how low the standards are the for the Thanksgiving Song Contest, I felt I'd go ahead and express my inner anguish through the majesty of song.

Too bad the rating system doesn't allow for negative ratings or we may get beat out by a person who posts complete silence!

Guitars are out of tune, the drums are poorly programmed, the bass is VERY poorly programmed, and the mix isn't right.

Luckily, my colaborator, Adam Young came over to help save me from having to sing the entire song.

He he I like it so far. Sometimes the lyrics are lost though because of the main vocal mix.

The low-growl vocal lyrics are muddy, so hard to make out what they are growling as well.

The gang vocal lines are hard to make out, because they're slightly off from each other, which garbles it up a bit

The background music mix seems to be fine, it's just the vocals not sitting too well and losing clarity is the big thing, and I'm straining to make out some of the lines (similar to my problem on "The Noob Song")

Uh oh! I see I'm going to have to take some expired drugs and fall down several flights of cement stairs to "top" that song. See ya at the bottom.

Sure. I use DFH Superior, but it has been discontinued because the 2.0 version is coming out soon. You can read the details here: Toontrack DFH Superior Drum Sample Discontinued? | Home Recording Blog

I would check out Buy Toontrack DFH Superior Custom and Vintage online at Musician's Friend.

It was supposed to be semi-garbled. That's how you make it sound like a football game. The only problem is those lyrics are important. I may have to rethink this.

I liked the ending
heheh just teasing.
I had a cheesy grin on my face throughout
the entire song.
obviously not the best recording or performance,
below your standard)
but I think that is probably missing the point.
It's FUN!!! I like.

Maybe. Or maybe I've reached a new echelon.
