Question track bleed over

I have sonar 7 xl Home studio. I got Vista basic and i keep on getting bleed over from other tracks .what do I need to do to correct this

Audio bleed can be from improper room acoustics, or a microphone picking up live signal from headsets, or inadverdently recording multiple tracks.

Thanks But Also When I Record It Picks Up The Click .i Make Sure That Only The Record On Metronome Is Checked Not Playback

How are you monitoring? If you are using a mixer you may be rerecording previous tracks while your listening to them if you are not patched correctly.

some cheaper mixers have a bad cross talk problem,Are you using a mixer?That lets playback tracks bleed into the recording tracks.

yes a yamaha mg82cx but i record one track at a time. and if i use studio drummer it will bleed into an audio track

This might be a silly question, but do you have your monitors switched off when you are recording?
How bad is the bleed? Is it really quiet, like when you get the headphone mix bleeding onto a vocal mic, or is it much worse?
