Default Sound Replacement

Hey I was wondering if anyone out there knew how to do sound replacement. I have Sonar 6 PE, and I was wondering if there was a way to replace the sound, of the drums either with session drummer which comes with the program, or with EZDrummer which is another program that I have purchased. I know there is drumgog or what ever it's called but I really don't feel like buying another bit of software. I just haven't figured out how to employ the plugins. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it

You can drop in drum loops as a replacement. I often do a Band in the Box groove, the replace the midi drums with "real" sounding drum loop drums. You just click on the properties of the loop and you can change the tempo, have it follow the existing tempo and even change the pitch of the drums.

I don't have a drummer and am not one.
The drum sounds on my songs are usually loops or are midi drums from Band in a Box.

SoundClick artist: Jerry Bradley - Mandolin, guitar and saxophone player. Recreational song writing and desktop recording is my fun.

I do the same thing and I don't think there are any other ways of doing it.
