hi all, just bought sonar 6. I'll be using midi to record and using mostly onboard plug ins for sound. I'll send the sound output from the pc direct to monitors. I'll be using my roly which also has onboard sounds, connected via midi, so these sounds will come back through the keyboard. How do I get these sounds to come out on the same output as the onboard plug ins so they're routed direct to the monitors. Cheers.

I've been giving this a bit more thought and I have the edirol vsc plug in on my pc which has the same sounds as my keyboard, but more of them, so I can use that to route the sounds out the same way as the other plug ins. Thanks anyway in advance if anyone should reply.

I'm a Cubase guy, but I would assume that Sonar has some kind of external bus thingy.

yes, thanks for that Brandon. Sonar does have a bus to route sounds to various outputs, but if I routed back to my keyboard I was thinking I would have to route the sound via audio from there to my monitors. However as I said the edirol plug in I have is basically the same sounds as my roly keyboard, but more of them, so i think I can get round the problem that way. Many thanks. - Peter.
