I assume you have a certain number of audio tracks that you've recorded to your satisfaction. You now need to mix all this down to a stereo master. I'm not familiar with Sonar, but the basic idea of doing the stereo master is similar among software systems. There is often a "mix-down" or "master" button to click. You then click "Record" and manipulate the tracks in real time (as it plays). Or you might be able to just set the levels of the tracks and leave them where they are as it records. (You should check your manual for the precise method.) When you have recorded that stereo master, and are happy with it, you now have a WAV file stored wherever you happen to store these things (and you can move it around to wherever you want on your computer). I assume you have some CD burning software on your machine (Nero is a popular one--there are thousands, free and commercial). When you go to burn the CD, it will ask you to nominate the type (you want "audio" not "data"), and the files you want to burn. You can usually browse through your computer to locate the WAV file you just did. There may be several you want to burn, eventually. Select however many you need, up to the capacity of the CD. The burning software should do the rest. I hope this helps, but sorry if it's too simple. Thanks Chris

Under file goto export and then audio. Box pops up. You assign the destination, then name the file, in the one drop down box select "what you here" and hit the export button. Da da its boucned down and ready to listen to and if your happy use your burning software and your done.

If you are using hardware synths, there is an additional process you must perform on Sonar. If this is the case, answer this post and you'll gt help.
