Default Home Studio 6/6XL problems

So I decided to venture into the world of music recording as a hobby not too long ago. I recently bought this product to work with my Roland GW-7 Workstation keyboard, and my PC. I can't for the life of me figure out why there isn't any playback coming from Sonar. I get that dreaded message that my audio drivers aren't compatible or they are being used by something else.

SigmaTel Audio 1/2
SigmaTel Audio 3/4
SigmaTel Audio 5/6
SigmaTel Audio 7/8

This is the list that comes up and asks if I want to continue anyway. I have tried ASIO and done various other little tweaks and restarts to try and get it to work.

Windows XP x64bit Home Edition

Also, I don't know if it matters, but I have a big amp plugged in to my keyboard and was wondering if the playback from Sonar will come out of that or my computer speakers? I am also using a midi/usb converter to plugged the keyboard into my comp. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Do you have media player or anything like that open? .. any other software that utilizes your sound drivers?

Check your control panel settings as well. Try changing default playback drivers to free up your soundcard whilst you're using sonar. If you're not using a dedicated audio interface, it probably won't have asio drivers. Set drivers to wdm or dx and increase the buffer size and the latency.
